Sample Permit Application Forms

These sample forms are being provided to give you an idea of what information needs to be provided to complete each form. These forms may be printed, filled out, and presented to the clerk at the municipal building. The clerk will then transcribe the information onto an official form to be signed, dated, and filed.

Most permits are available from the administrative staff at the City Municipal Building.  You may also call the city's Code Enforcement Department for assistance at 830-672-6165, Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
