Dwelling Containing Only One Unit
$12.00 per month plus $1.55 per thousand gallons water used based on winter average with a $35.00 maximum monthly sewer charge.
Dwelling Containing Two Or More Units
$19.00 per month/per unit.
Industry
$22.00 per month plus $2.40 for each 1,000 gallons of water used.
Store/Commercial Establishment, Not Otherwise Classified
$12.00 per month plus $1.55 per thousand gallons water used based on winter average with a $35.00 maximum monthly sewer charge.
School
$12.00 per month plus $1.55 per thousand gallons used.
Rural Dwelling Containing Only One Unit
$16.50 per month plus $1.55 per thousand gallons water used based on winter average with a $40.00 maximum monthly sewer charge.
Rural Dwelling Containing Two Or More Units
$20.50 per month/per unit.
Rural Industry
$27.00 per month plus $2.60 for each 1,000 gallons of water used.
Rural Store/Commercial Establishment, Not Otherwise Classified
$16.50 per month plus $1.55 per thousand gallons water used based on winter average with a $40.00 maximum monthly sewer charge.
Urban Commercial (Shopping Centers and Ice Plants)
$19.00 per month/per unit.
Housing Authority Units
$15.00 per month/per unit.
New Customers Or Customers Who Move
$19.00 per month until such time a winter average can be established.
Winter Averaging
Based on water consumption for a three(3) month period each year consisting of the average of January, February, and March bills.
Industrial is defined as hotel, feed mill, food processing, garage, hospital, Laundromat, laundry, motel, nursing home, rooming house, apartment complex, cafe, filling or service station, courthouse, jail or garage, ice plants, bottling plant, packing plant, non metallic mineral processing plant, killing plant, slaughtering house, creamery, truck wash and cheese factory.
